About the Event
Mental health is a deeply personal yet universally shared experience. It encompasses moments of struggle, growth, vulnerability, and resilience. We asked the artists: What does mental health mean to you? How can art capture the unseen battles, the triumphs, the chaos, or the calm? How do we visualize healing, identity, or hope?
Expect a moving collection of art that confronts stigma, visualizes unseen struggles, and celebrates triumphs, all while sparking meaningful conversations. This exhibition is a must-see for anyone passionate about art’s ability to inspire empathy and promote awareness of mental health.

"In one of my art pieces I painted myself and at the time I was experiencing hardship and heartache. Another piece I made a collage about the thoughts that can run through my head, It can be depicted as indecisiveness and anxiety, but also of hopes, dreams, and goals. The other piece is a 3-D collage that shows how I find my calm and peace in nature." |
